Rules for using StoryWard, an RPG companion by Lucivar Studio di Lucio Tavaroli.

1. Service provider
StoryWard is operated by Lucivar Studio di Lucio Tavaroli, P. IVA 02766650465, under the StoryWard brand. StoryWard is a digital companion for RPG, JRPG and single-player narrative games, intended primarily for private consumer users.

2. Service description
StoryWard helps players with quests, bosses, builds, screenshots, progression and in-app journal features.
The service provides suggestions and interpretations. It does not guarantee perfect, complete or always up-to-date answers.
3. Plans and limits
StoryWard may offer Free, Starter, Base and Pro plans with monthly limits for messages, image analyses and video guides.
Limits, features and prices may change over time. The current counters shown in the app are the operational reference.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are handled through Stripe.
Users will be able to upgrade, cancel or manage billing through the options provided in the app and Stripe checkout or portal.
StoryWard is currently offered as a B2C digital service for private consumer users. The app does not provide an automatic business/VAT checkout flow.
Stripe payment receipts confirm payment processing but may not replace fiscal documents required by applicable local rules. Fiscal or invoice-related requests can be sent to support@storyward.app.
5. Refunds and withdrawal
Where applicable law grants withdrawal rights, those rights remain available.
For digital services already started or used, refunds may be limited according to applicable law and actual service usage.

6. Acceptable use
Users must not abuse the service, bypass limits, attack the infrastructure, upload unlawful content or use StoryWard for illegal purposes.
7. Limitations
StoryWard is provided on a best-effort basis. Temporary interruptions, service errors or incomplete responses can happen.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucivar Studio is not liable for indirect damages, lost game progress, game outcomes or decisions taken based on StoryWard suggestions.
8. Voice input
Voice input, where available in the browser, is an optional convenience feature that turns spoken words into text in the message composer.
Users should review the generated text before pressing Send. Only text actually sent by the user is treated as a normal chat message.
